This efficient low power consumption hard disk drive still retains the outstanding level of quality and reliability for which Fujitsu is renowned. With higher shock tolerance and improved input-output per second (IOPS) rates, both performance and reliability are increased when using multiple hard disk drives. Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) motors help limit acoustic noise, ensuring whisper-quiet operation which makes Fujitsu’s 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drives an excellent choice for today’s ultra-fast, high-capacity notebook computers computers.
The Fujitsu MHW2xxxBH series are also RoHS compliant/lead free. RoHS refers to the European Commission’s RoHS directive for eliminating certain hazardous materials in the manufacturing of electronic equipment.
